Insurance
We require hired-in technical equipment insurance on all orders. Unfortunately this is not covered under general Public Liability policies.
Please ensure the full replacement value [supplied with all estimates] of the order is covered during the whole period between the Pick-Up and Return dates.
We do not accept insurance policies without full theft coverage in vehicles.
We recommend both annual & short term policies from Performance Insurance.

Email the following documents to hire@pace.rentals:
Proof of insurance covering hired-in equipment for the full replacement value of the order, including the entire hire period, delivery and collection dates.
Proof of company and address: A copy of your company letterhead and two utility bills relating to the same premises.
Valid photo ID (driving licence or passport) — only required for sole traders.
Payment on account is required upfront for the first order on all new accounts.
